Sacubitril 49 mg + Valsartan 51 mg (ARNI) per film-coated tablet

Uses of SACUMADA 100 TAB 14S

Treatment of chronic heart failure (particularly heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, HFrEF) to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization.

• •Reduces cardiovascular death risk in HFrEF
• •Improves symptoms like breathlessness and fatigue
• •Helps reduce fluid overload and cardiac workload

How it works

Sacubitril inhibits neprilysin, increasing levels of beneficial natriuretic peptides leading to vasodilation and reduced fluid overload. Valsartan blocks angiotensin II (AT1) receptors, reducing vasoconstriction and aldosterone effects. Together they lower cardiac workload and improve heart failure outcomes.

Directions for use

Take as prescribed by the doctor, usually twice daily, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew. Dose is titrated based on blood pressure, kidney function and tolerance; do not stop abruptly without medical advice.
