What is Sacumada 100 Tab 14S used for?

Treatment of chronic heart failure (particularly heart failure with reduced ejection fraction
HFrEF) to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization.

How Sacumada 100 Tab 14S Works

Sacubitril inhibits neprilysin, increasing levels of beneficial natriuretic peptides leading to vasodilation and reduced fluid overload. Valsartan blocks angiotensin II (AT1) receptors, reducing vasoconstriction and aldosterone effects. Together they lower cardiac workload and improve heart failure outcomes.

Dosage & Directions

Take as prescribed by the doctor, usually twice daily, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew. Dose is titrated based on blood pressure, kidney function and tolerance; do not stop abruptly without medical advice.
