Known side effects of Secretag 1MG Tab 10S include Hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar), dizziness, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, weight gain, rash, photosensitivity. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Risk of hypoglycaemia is higher with missed meals, excessive exercise, alcohol intake, elderly patients, kidney/liver impairment, or with interacting medicines. Monitor blood glucose regularly. Use with caution in renal or hepatic disease; dose adjustments may be needed. Seek medical help for severe hypoglycaemia, jaundice, severe skin reactions, or signs of allergy. Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Inform doctor before surgery or during acute illness (dose changes may be required).
