Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults
as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve blood glucose control; may be used alone or with other antidiabetic medicines as prescribed.

How Secretag 1MG Tab 10S Works

Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea antidiabetic. It lowers blood glucose mainly by stimulating insulin release from pancreatic beta cells and may also improve peripheral insulin sensitivity.

Dosage & Directions

Oral tablet. Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily with breakfast or the first main meal. Swallow with water; do not skip meals after taking it. Dose is individualized based on blood sugar response.
