Salmeterol (as xinafoate) 50 mcg + Fluticasone propionate 250 mcg per inhalation (Accuhaler/Dry powder inhaler)

Fluticasone is an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation and swelling. Salmeterol is a long-acting beta2-agonist (LABA) that relaxes bronchial smooth muscle to keep airways open for up to 12 hours. Together they improve breathing and reduce flare-ups when used regularly.

For inhalation use only via Accuhaler/DPI. Use exactly as prescribed, usually 1 inhalation twice daily (morning and evening). Use regularly even when symptom-free; not for sudden breathlessness—keep a reliever inhaler (e.g., salbutamol). Rinse mouth and spit after each use to reduce risk of oral thrush.
