What is Sucralyn Syp 100ML used for?

Relief of symptoms due to acidity and acid-peptic disorders such as gastritis
gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
heartburn
peptic/duodenal ulcer (if sucralfate-containing).

How Sucralyn Syp 100ML Works

If it contains sucralfate, it forms a protective coating over ulcerated/inflamed gastric and duodenal mucosa and protects it from acid, bile and pepsin, promoting healing. It acts locally in the stomach with minimal systemic absorption.

Dosage & Directions

Oral syrup. If sucralfate-based, typically taken on an empty stomach (about 1 hour before meals and at bedtime) as directed by the physician. Shake well before use; use a measuring cup/spoon; avoid taking other medicines within 2 hours unless advised.
