Missed dose and overdose

Take the missed dose of Sucralyn as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.

Warnings and precautions
Composition/strength not available—confirm label before dispensing. If sucralfate-containing: may cause constipation; use with caution in severe kidney disease (risk of aluminium accumulation), in patients on dialysis, and in those with difficulty swallowing. Interactions with other medicines
May reduce absorption of: fluoroquinolones (ciprofloxacin/ofloxacin), tetracyclines, levothyroxine, digoxin, phenytoin, warfarin, iron salts; antacids can reduce binding if taken together (separate by at least 30 minutes).
