Metformin (500mg) + Teneligliptin (20mg)

Teneligliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor that increases incretin levels (GLP-1, GIP), enhancing glucose-dependent insulin release and reducing glucagon. Metformin reduces hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity, lowering blood glucose without usually causing hypoglycaemia when used alone.

Oral tablet. Usually taken with meals to reduce stomach upset; swallow whole with water. Dose and frequency as prescribed by the doctor; do not stop or change dose without medical advice.
