How TELIPEX-40 TAB Works
Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It blocks the action of angiotensin II on AT1 receptors, causing relaxation of blood vessels and reduced aldosterone effects, which lowers blood pressure and reduces strain on the heart.
Dosage & Directions
Tablet for oral use. Take as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow with water; do not stop abruptly without medical advice.
