• dizziness
• headache
• fatigue
• increased urination
• low blood pressure
• nausea
• muscle cramps
• low potassium
• increased uric acid
• increased blood glucose

Telmital Ct Tab may interact with the following:

• ACE inhibitors or aliskiren (in diabetes/renal impairment) increases risk of kidney problems and hyperkalemia
• potassium supplements/salt substitutes or potassium-sparing diuretics (hyperkalemia)
• NSAIDs (reduced antihypertensive effect and kidney risk)
• lithium (increased lithium toxicity)
• digoxin (electrolyte changes may increase arrhythmia risk)
• other antihypertensives (additive hypotension)
• corticosteroids or amphotericin B (increased hypokalemia risk)
• antidiabetic medicines (may need dose adjustment)
