Important Warnings

Contains clobetasol (super‑potent steroid): prolonged or excessive use can cause skin atrophy, steroid acne, telangiectasia and systemic absorption (HPA-axis suppression), especially in children or under occlusion/large areas. Do not use on viral lesions (herpes, chickenpox), untreated bacterial infections, or acne/rosacea unless advised. Avoid use on broken skin; stop and consult if worsening, severe irritation, or no improvement. Not recommended for long-term continuous use; use cautiously in children. Do not apply to eyes; risk of glaucoma/cataract with periocular use.

benzoyl peroxide
tretinoin) may increase irritation; occlusive dressings increase steroid absorption; strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g.
ritonavir
ketoconazole) may increase systemic steroid effects if significant absorption occurs.
