Important Warnings

May cause drowsiness/dizziness—avoid driving or operating machinery until you know its effects. Do not stop abruptly (risk of seizure worsening). Other CNS depressants (alcohol
sedatives
opioids) may increase drowsiness; additive effects with other antiepileptics. Probenecid may reduce clearance of levetiracetam metabolite. Methotrexate levels/toxicity may increase when used with levetiracetam (monitor).
