Known side effects of Vildarise 50MG Tab include Headache, dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, constipation, upper respiratory tract infection symptoms, peripheral oedema, low blood sugar (especially with sulfonylurea/insulin), skin rash. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings

Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Monitor liver function before starting and periodically; stop and seek medical advice if jaundice, dark urine, persistent nausea/vomiting or abdominal pain occur (risk of hepatitis). Use with caution in renal impairment; dose adjustment may be needed in moderate to severe kidney disease. Rare risk of pancreatitis—seek urgent care for severe persistent abdominal pain. Hypoglycaemia risk increases when combined with insulin or sulfonylureas. Inform doctor about history of heart failure, liver disease, kidney disease, or angioedema.

corticosteroids/thyroid hormones/sympathomimetics (may worsen glucose control)
