How ZILOKEM 40MG TAB Works
Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It blocks AT1 receptors, causing relaxation of blood vessels and reduced aldosterone effects, which lowers blood pressure and decreases strain on the heart.
Dosage & Directions
Tablet for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time, with or without food. Swallow with water; do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.
