Known side effects of Zoryl-1 include Hypoglycaemia, dizziness, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, weight gain, skin rash. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Can cause hypoglycaemia (risk higher with missed meals, excessive exercise, alcohol, elderly, kidney/liver impairment); use with caution in renal or hepatic disease; avoid driving/operating machinery if symptoms of low sugar occur. Inform doctor about G6PD deficiency (risk of haemolysis with sulfonylureas). Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.
