Type 2 diabetes mellitus (in adults) when blood sugar is not adequately controlled with diet
exercise and single-drug therapy; helps control fasting and post-meal glucose

How Zoryl M 4 Forte Works

Glimepiride (a sulfonylurea) increases insulin release from the pancreas and improves insulin action in the body. Metformin SR (a biguanide) reduces glucose production by the liver and improves insulin sensitivity, lowering blood glucose without usually causing weight gain.

Dosage & Directions

Take orally exactly as prescribed, usually once daily with food (preferably with breakfast/main meal). Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole; do not crush or chew. Follow diet/exercise plan and monitor blood glucose regularly.
