How does this medicine work?
Acenocoumarol is a vitamin K antagonist anticoagulant. It inhibits vitamin K–dependent clotting factors (II, VII, IX, X), reducing the blood’s ability to form clots. Dose effect is monitored using INR and adjusted accordingly.
How should I use this medicine?
Take exactly as prescribed by the doctor at the same time each day, with or without food. Dose is individualized based on INR; do not change dose or stop abruptly without medical advice. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered on the same day; do not double the next dose.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from moisture and light. Keep in original pack and out of reach of children.
