Relief of wet/productive cough and chest congestion associated with bronchitis, bronchiolitis, asthma or other respiratory tract infections where mucus is thick and difficult to expel (paediatric use).

Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens thick mucus. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that increases airway secretions and helps bring out phlegm. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles to ease breathing and reduce wheeze.

Paediatric oral drops: use only on a doctor’s advice. Measure with the provided dropper and give at the prescribed dose; can be given with or without food (preferably after food if stomach upset occurs). Ensure adequate fluids; do not exceed recommended duration.

Use in children only under medical supervision. Caution in heart disease, high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, seizure disorders, and in patients with history of arrhythmia. Seek medical help if breathing worsens, severe wheezing occurs, high fever persists, blood in sputum, or allergic reaction (rash/swelling). Do not combine with cough suppressants (antitussives) unless prescribed, as it may hinder mucus clearance.

Beta-blockers (e.g., propranolol) may reduce bronchodilation; other beta-agonists may increase side effects; diuretics and corticosteroids may increase risk of low potassium with beta-agonists; MAO inhibitors/tricyclic antidepressants may enhance cardiovascular effects of levosalbutamol; digoxin levels may be reduced with beta-agonists. Check with doctor for all medicines.

Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
