Between 50 and 200 employees, the rate reduces gradually. For fewer than 25 employees, ask about joining a shared camp at our Kandigai lab. The quote states the GST treatment and the total in one number.

School health camps

A health screening for students, at school, with parental consent. Each family receives their child's report. The school receives an anonymised summary.

Parental consent

Nothing is done without a parent or guardian's written consent. Before the camp, the school shares a consent form with each family, explaining what is checked, how the result is used, and who receives it. A student whose form is not signed is not examined. Parents may withdraw consent at any time before the camp, and a student may decline any part on the day.

Reports go to the parent or guardian. The school receives an anonymised summary only, and names are never attached to findings.

Standard screening per student: height, weight and BMI, vision screening, dental check, and a finger-prick haemoglobin test to look for anaemia. A doctor reviews flagged findings.
Optional add-ons: blood group, blood pressure for older students, and a parent awareness session.
The report for each student goes to the parent or guardian only. The school receives anonymised class and grade-level summaries.
Students who need follow-up (low haemoglobin, poor vision, dental concerns) are listed in the parent's report with a suggested next step. Parents can book a doctor consult. The school does not receive names.

This is a screening, not a diagnosis. Screening is by finger-prick and visual checks, and no sample is taken without consent. The price per student is quoted after we confirm the checks you want, and either the school or the parents can pay.

Please do not put student names in the quote form. Names are collected only on the parent consent forms.

Frequently asked questions

What does a corporate health camp include?

Sample collection at your premises, blood pressure, height, weight and BMI for each person, a doctor desk, an individual report for every participant and an anonymised summary for HR. The tests depend on the tier you choose.

How many employees do we need?

We suggest a minimum of 25 participants for an on-site camp. For smaller teams, we can arrange a visit to our Kandigai lab or home collection at an agreed rate. Tell us your headcount and we will suggest the option that fits.

How long does a camp take on the day?

Registration, consent and sample collection take a few minutes per person. A camp of 50 is usually completed in a morning. The coordinator confirms the plan with you beforehand.

Will employees get individual reports, and who sees them?

Every participant receives their own report, sent only to them. The employer does not receive individual results unless the employee has given their own written consent.

What does HR receive?

An aggregate summary with no names and no individual values, such as the share of participants with raised blood sugar or low haemoglobin. To keep it anonymous, we do not publish a summary for groups below 10 people.

How is employee health data protected?

Reports are stored as health data under our privacy policy. Employees consent to testing and to how their data is used before the camp. Data is not used for marketing, and not shared with the employer beyond the anonymised summary. See our privacy policy for retention and deletion.

Do you issue a GST invoice, and what are the payment terms?

Yes, in the company's name with GSTIN. The quote states the GST treatment, the payment terms and the total in one number.

Can employees get follow-up care after the camp?

Yes. Anyone can book a doctor consult, repeat tests or order medicines from PingMeDoc, on their own account and at their own cost, unless your company has arranged otherwise. Nothing is shared with the employer.

School camp questions

What is checked in a school health camp?

Height, weight and BMI, vision, a dental check and a haemoglobin screening. A doctor reviews flagged findings. Extras can be added.

Do parents need to give consent?

Yes. We examine only students whose parent or guardian has signed the consent form, and a child can decline any part on the day.

How are school camp results shared?

The parent or guardian receives their child's report. The school receives an anonymised summary of class and grade-level trends.

Which age groups can be covered?

From pre-primary through higher secondary. The checks are adjusted for age. Blood pressure is added for older students only.

Can you cover vision and dental?

Yes. Both are included in the standard school screening as simple checks, not as a full eye or dental examination.

Is there a charge to the school, or do parents pay?

Both models exist. The school can pay per student, or parents can pay a per-student fee. The quote sets out the option you choose.

How are students who need follow-up handled?

The parent's report marks the finding and a suggested next step. A doctor consult can be booked at the parent's choice. Names are not given to the school.

How is children's data protected?

Reports are stored as health data under our privacy policy, are shared only with the parent or guardian, and are not used for marketing. Consent is taken before the camp, as above.
