Bleeding, bruising, nosebleed, shortness of breath (dyspnea), headache, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea

Increases risk of bleeding; seek urgent care for unusual bleeding, black stools, blood in urine, or coughing/vomiting blood. Tell your doctor before surgery/dental procedures. Not recommended in active pathological bleeding or history of intracranial hemorrhage. Use caution in severe liver disease, gout/hyperuricemia, and if you develop troublesome breathlessness.

Strong CYP3A inhibitors (ketoconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir), strong CYP3A inducers (rifampicin, carbamazepine, phenytoin), anticoagulants and other antiplatelets (warfarin, heparin, NOACs, clopidogrel) increase bleeding risk, NSAIDs increase bleeding risk, simvastatin/lovastatin high doses, digoxin (monitor levels)

Store at room temperature in a dry place, protected from moisture. Keep in original blister pack until use.
