Prevention and treatment of nutritional deficiencies; used as a supplement in increased requirements (poor diet, convalescence, fatigue/weakness) as advised by a doctor.

This product appears to be a nutritional supplement. Such products typically replenish deficient vitamins/minerals and support normal immune function and metabolism.

Usually taken orally as directed by the physician; commonly 1 tablet once daily after food or with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, abdominal discomfort, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, headache, metallic taste

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in kidney disease or history of kidney stones (if it contains vitamin C or zinc). Do not take multiple supplements containing the same ingredients to avoid overdose. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or on long-term medicines, consult a doctor. Stop and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur.

May reduce absorption of tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics and penicillamine (separate by 2–4 hours); may interact with iron/calcium supplements (separate dosing); zinc may affect absorption of some antibiotics.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
