Cilacar 10 Tablet

Headache, dizziness, flushing, ankle swelling (edema), fatigue, palpitations

Use caution in severe liver impairment and in elderly (risk of dizziness/falls). May cause low blood pressure; caution when driving initially. Inform doctor if you have heart failure, significant aortic stenosis, or are taking multiple antihypertensives. Not for acute hypertensive emergency.

Other antihypertensives (additive hypotension), CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., clarithromycin, azole antifungals, ritonavir) may increase levels, CYP3A4 inducers (e.g., rifampicin, phenytoin, carbamazepine) may reduce effect, grapefruit juice (may increase levels)

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from light and moisture.
