Effervescent vitamins and minerals dissolve in water to provide readily consumable nutrients. B-vitamins support energy metabolism, while vitamin C supports antioxidant function; electrolytes help hydration when included.

Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water and drink immediately, preferably after food. Do not swallow the tablet whole. Follow label directions and do not exceed recommended intake.

May affect absorption of levothyroxine, tetracyclines and quinolones due to minerals; separate dosing by 2-4 hours. High-dose vitamin C may affect some lab tests.
