Neuropathic pain (nerve pain) associated with conditions like diabetic peripheral neuropathy, nerve compression/radiculopathy and other peripheral neuropathies; may also be used for nutritional support in neuropathy due to vitamin deficiency.

This brand is typically used for neuropathic pain. Such products commonly combine a nerve-pain modulator with neurotropic vitamins; the pain modulator reduces abnormal nerve signal transmission, while vitamins support nerve repair and function.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily after food. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew. Continue for the duration advised; do not stop abruptly without medical advice.

Dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, nausea, constipation, dry mouth, blurred vision, weight gain, swelling of hands/feet

May cause dizziness and sleepiness—avoid driving or operating machinery until you know its effect. Use with caution in kidney or liver disease, elderly patients, and in those with history of substance misuse. Do not stop suddenly as symptoms may worsen; taper only under medical supervision. Seek urgent help if you develop rash, swelling, breathing difficulty, severe mood changes or suicidal thoughts.

Alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines and other sedatives (increased drowsiness/respiratory depression), antihistamines (sedation), antidepressants/antipsychotics (additive CNS effects). If the product contains vitamin B6, long-term high doses may interact with levodopa (without carbidopa).

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
