Traditionally used as a uterine tonic in women for menstrual irregularities such as heavy/irregular bleeding, painful periods (dysmenorrhoea), leucorrhoea (white discharge), and general weakness related to menstrual problems; supportive care in functional uterine complaints as advised by a physician.

M2 Tone is an Ayurvedic uterine tonic. Its herbal ingredients are traditionally believed to help regulate the menstrual cycle, support uterine muscle tone, and provide anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory effects, thereby helping reduce cramps and abnormal bleeding. It may also help improve general well-being in women with menstrual disturbances.

Oral syrup. Common adult use: 10–15 ml (2–3 teaspoons) twice daily after food, or as directed by the physician. Shake well before use; measure with a cup/spoon.

Nausea, stomach upset, mild diarrhea, constipation, headache, allergic reaction (rash/itching)

Ayurvedic product—use as directed. Consult a doctor/gynecologist before use if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding, have severe abdominal pain, very heavy bleeding, missed periods, suspected pregnancy, fibroids/endometriosis, thyroid disorder, bleeding disorders, or are on hormonal therapy/anticoagulants. Stop use and seek medical advice if allergy occurs or symptoms persist/worsen. Not intended for self-treatment of prolonged abnormal uterine bleeding without evaluation.

May interact with hormonal medicines (oral contraceptives, progesterone/estrogen therapy), anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel), and other medicines affecting menstrual bleeding; consult physician if taking any regular medicines.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
