Nasohold Nasal Spray is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.Use of Nasohold Nasal Spray in breastfeeding mothers should only be considered if the expected benefit to the mother is greater than any possible risk to the baby.

Monograph
Nasohold Nasal Spray contains Fluticasone Furoate (27.5mcg). Prescription required.
Nasohold Nasal Spray is used in the treatment of sneezing and runny nose due to allergies.
Nasohold Nasal Spray is a steroid which works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies.
Use 1-2 sprays in each nostril, up to 3 times a day. Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days. Can be used with or without food.
Nasal irritation, dryness, sneezing, headache, increased blood pressure
Do not use in children under 6 years, avoid prolonged use to prevent rebound congestion, consult a doctor if symptoms persist.
MAO inhibitors, other sympathomimetics, antihypertensives
Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture.
