Dietary supplement for patients requiring additional calories from easily absorbable fats; supportive nutrition in malabsorption syndromes (e.g., pancreatic insufficiency, cholestasis), fat malabsorption, and in conditions needing MCT-based nutrition as advised by a doctor/dietitian

MCTs are rapidly digested and absorbed compared to long-chain fats and are transported directly to the liver via the portal vein. They provide quick energy and are less dependent on bile salts and pancreatic enzymes for absorption.

Oral use. Use as directed by physician/dietitian. Start with small quantity and increase gradually to improve tolerance. Can be mixed with food or beverages (e.g., milk, porridge, smoothies) or added to feeds; avoid overheating/frying; take with meals if gastric upset occurs.

Nausea, abdominal cramps, bloating, diarrhea, vomiting, indigestion

Use with caution in liver disease, diabetes (calorie load), and patients on medically supervised diets. Introduce gradually to reduce GI side effects. Not for parenteral use. Stop and seek medical advice if severe diarrhea, abdominal pain, or allergic reaction occurs. Use under medical supervision in infants/children and in patients with severe illness.

No well-established drug interactions; may affect tolerance/absorption when taken with very high-fat meals. Consult doctor if on anticoagulants or on specialized enteral nutrition plans.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), tightly closed. Protect from heat, light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
