Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 325 mg + Dextropropoxyphene 65 mg (as napsylate)
Short-term management of moderate to severe pain such as musculoskeletal pain, backache, dental pain, post-operative pain, arthritis-related pain.
Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis (COX inhibition). Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic action via central inhibition of pain mediators. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic that acts on central opioid receptors to reduce pain perception.
Take orally with water, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration as prescribed by the doctor; do not exceed the recommended daily dose, especially of paracetamol. Avoid driving or operating machinery if drowsy.
