How It Works
Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis (COX inhibition). Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic action via central inhibition of pain mediators. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic that acts on central opioid receptors to reduce pain perception.
Directions for Use
Take orally with water, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration as prescribed by the doctor; do not exceed the recommended daily dose, especially of paracetamol. Avoid driving or operating machinery if drowsy.

Warnings & Precautions
Prescription-only; contains an opioid (dextropropoxyphene) with risk of sedation, respiratory depression and dependence; avoid in severe breathing problems, acute asthma, head injury, or with other CNS depressants. NSAID-related risks include stomach ulcer/bleeding, kidney injury and fluid retention; use caution in elderly, history of peptic ulcer, hypertension, heart disease, kidney or liver disease. Paracetamol overdose can cause severe liver damage—avoid other paracetamol-containing products and excess alcohol. Not recommended in pregnancy (especially 3rd trimester) and during breastfeeding unless specifically advised.
