Productive (wet) cough, chest congestion, bronchitis, cough with thick mucus in respiratory tract infections and asthma/COPD where mucus needs to be loosened
Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles to ease breathing. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and breaks down thick mucus. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps loosen mucus and improves its clearance from the airways.
Take orally as advised by doctor; measure dose with a measuring cup/spoon. Can be taken with or without food; taking after food may reduce stomach upset. Drink plenty of fluids to help loosen mucus; do not exceed prescribed dose.
