Otitis externa with fungal involvement, inflamed and itchy ear canal, mixed bacterial-fungal ear infections where an antifungal with anti-inflammatory and local anesthetic is prescribed
Clotrimazole inhibits fungal cell membrane synthesis by blocking ergosterol formation. Beclomethasone reduces inflammation, swelling and itching in the ear canal. Lignocaine provides local numbing to reduce pain and irritation.
Ear drops: Use only in the affected ear as prescribed. Warm bottle in hands, tilt head, instill prescribed drops and keep ear upward for a few minutes. Keep ear dry and avoid inserting objects/cotton buds. Use for the full course advised.

Do not use if eardrum is perforated unless specifically advised by an ENT specialist. Prolonged steroid use may worsen infections or cause thinning of skin. Stop and seek care if worsening pain, discharge, hearing changes, or rash occurs. Use in children and pregnancy only on medical advice.
