What is Cardace 10MG Tab used for?

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure); reduction of risk of heart attack
stroke and cardiovascular death in high-risk patients; management of heart failure; post–myocardial infarction (heart attack) with signs of heart failure; kidney protection in certain patients with diabetes/proteinuria (as prescribed).

How Cardace 10MG Tab Works

Ramipril is an ACE inhibitor that blocks conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II, leading to relaxation of blood vessels and reduced blood pressure. It also lowers aldosterone, reducing salt and water retention and decreasing workload on the heart.

Dosage & Directions

Tablet for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow with water; do not stop suddenly without medical advice.
