Metformin (500mg) + Teneligliptin (20mg)
Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines: Metformin and Teneligliptin. Metformin is an antidiabetic medication (biguanide). It works by lowering glucose production in the liver, delaying glucose absorption from intestines and increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin. Teneligliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor which works by increasing the release of insulin from pancreas and decreasing the hormones that raise blood sugar levels. This reduces both fasting and postmeal sugar levels. Together, they provide better control of blood sugar.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR is to be taken with food.Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR may cause stomach upset if taken on empty stomach.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Dynaglipt M Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
