Missed dose and overdose
If you miss a dose
If you miss a dose of Tendia M Tablet SR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
If you take too much
An overdose of this medicine can cause a dangerous build-up of acid in the blood, with vomiting, severe weakness and laboured breathing. It may cause low blood sugar, particularly if you also take other diabetes medicines. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), in a dry place, away from direct light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Tell your doctor immediately if you experience any deep or rapid breathing, persistent nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain as Tendia M Tablet SR may cause a rare but serious condition called lactic acidosis, which is an excess of lactic acid in the blood.
