How Glycivas M 60MG OD Tab Works

Gliclazide (MR) is a sulfonylurea that stimulates insulin release from pancreatic beta cells, thereby lowering blood glucose. Metformin reduces hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity, helping the body use glucose more effectively.

Dosage & Directions
