What is Humiglim M2 Forte Dapa Tab used for?

Type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve blood sugar control in adults
especially when diet and exercise alone are insufficient

How Humiglim M2 Forte Dapa Tab Works

Glimepiride (sulfonylurea) increases insulin release from the pancreas. Metformin ER reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity. Dapagliflozin (SGLT2 inhibitor) lowers blood sugar by increasing urinary glucose excretion.

Dosage & Directions

Oral tablet. Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily with food (preferably with the main meal) to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole; do not crush/chew (ER component). Monitor blood glucose regularly.
