Glimepiride 2 mg + Metformin (extended-release) 1000 mg + Dapagliflozin 10 mg

Uses of Humiglim M2 Forte Dapa Tab

Type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve blood sugar control in adults, especially when diet and exercise alone are insufficient

• •Lowers fasting and post-meal blood sugar
• •Improves insulin sensitivity
• •Promotes urinary glucose excretion
• •May aid weight reduction and reduce blood pressure (dapagliflozin)
• •Helps achieve better long-term HbA1c control

How it works

Glimepiride (sulfonylurea) increases insulin release from the pancreas. Metformin ER reduces glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity. Dapagliflozin (SGLT2 inhibitor) lowers blood sugar by increasing urinary glucose excretion.

Directions for use

Oral tablet. Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily with food (preferably with the main meal) to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole; do not crush/chew (ER component). Monitor blood glucose regularly.
