How SITAFORCE M 50/500 Works
Sitagliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor that increases incretin hormones (GLP-1, GIP), boosting glucose-dependent insulin release and reducing glucagon. Metformin decreases hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity, lowering blood glucose without usually causing hypoglycaemia when used alone.
Dosage & Directions
Oral tablet. Take as prescribed, usually twice daily with meals to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew. Follow diet/exercise plan and monitor blood glucose regularly.
