Known side effects of Telzox B 2.5 Tab include Dizziness, headache, fatigue, slow heart rate (bradycardia), low blood pressure, nausea, diarrhea, cold hands/feet. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Prescription-only antihypertensive. Monitor blood pressure and pulse; risk of symptomatic hypotension especially with dehydration/diuretics. Bisoprolol may worsen asthma/COPD, bradycardia, heart block, and can mask hypoglycaemia symptoms in diabetes; avoid abrupt withdrawal. Telmisartan can increase potassium and may worsen kidney function; monitor renal function and electrolytes, especially in elderly, dehydration, or kidney disease. Contraindicated in pregnancy; avoid in bilateral renal artery stenosis. Caution in severe liver disease. Seek urgent help for fainting, severe dizziness, wheezing, swelling of face/lips, or very slow pulse.
