What is Telzox B 2.5 Tab used for?

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
especially when a combination of an ARB with a beta-blocker is required; may be used in patients with high BP with coexisting heart disease as advised by the physician.

How Telzox B 2.5 Tab Works

Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II effects, lowering blood pressure. Bisoprolol is a selective beta-1 blocker that reduces heart rate and the force of contraction, decreasing cardiac output and blood pressure.

Dosage & Directions

Oral tablet; take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food; swallow with water. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice (especially due to bisoprolol).
