What is Torsafe 10MG Tab used for?

Treatment of edema (fluid retention) associated with heart failure
liver disease or kidney disease; also used for management of hypertension when prescribed.

How Torsafe 10MG Tab Works

Torsemide is a loop diuretic. It blocks sodium and chloride reabsorption in the thick ascending limb of the loop of Henle, increasing urine output and reducing excess fluid and blood pressure.

Dosage & Directions

Take by mouth as prescribed, usually once daily (preferably in the morning) with or without food. Avoid taking late in the day to prevent nighttime urination; follow doctor’s dose adjustments and monitoring advice.
