ZAPER-DSR CAP is used for Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), heartburn/acid reflux, gastritis, peptic ulcer disease (adjunct), nausea and vomiting associated with acid reflux.
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid secretion by blocking the gastric H+/K+ ATPase pump. Domperidone is a prokinetic/antiemetic that enhances gastric motility and reduces nausea by blocking peripheral dopamine (D2) receptors.
Dosage & Directions
Take orally as directed by a doctor, usually 1 capsule once daily 30 minutes before food (preferably before breakfast). Swallow whole; do not crush or chew as it is enteric-coated/SR.
