Aceclofenac (100mg) + Paracetamol (325mg) + Trypsin Chymotrypsin (150000AU)
Relief of pain and inflammation associated with acute musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain, neck pain, sprains/strains, muscle spasm, and joint pain (e.g., osteoarthritis-related pain) where muscle relaxant is required.
Aceclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis (COX inhibition). Thiocolchicoside is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that helps relieve muscle spasm by modulating inhibitory neurotransmission, improving mobility and reducing spasm-related pain.
Tablet for oral use. Take as prescribed by the doctor, usually after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration; avoid taking with other NSAID painkillers unless advised.
