Ofloxacin 0.3% w/v (3 mg/ml) ophthalmic solution
Bacterial eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis, blepharitis, keratitis/corneal ulcer (as prescribed), prevention/treatment of susceptible ocular infections
Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that kills bacteria by inhibiting DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. This stops bacterial DNA replication and leads to bacterial cell death.
For ophthalmic use only. Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s) as directed by a doctor. Wash hands before use, avoid touching the dropper tip, and keep the eye closed for 1–2 minutes after instillation. If using other eye medicines, keep a 5–10 minute gap. Remove contact lenses before use and reinsert only if advised.

Use only for bacterial infections; do not use for viral/fungal eye infections unless advised. Stop and seek medical help if rash, swelling, severe eye pain, vision changes, or allergic reaction occurs. Use with caution in pregnancy/breastfeeding and in children only on medical advice. Avoid wearing contact lenses during active infection. Do not share eye drops. Discard if solution changes color/has particles.
