Bleeding, bruising, stomach upset, diarrhea, headache, muscle pain, raised liver enzymes

Bleeding risk due to clopidogrel; inform doctor before procedures. Atorvastatin may cause muscle injury (seek help for unexplained muscle pain/weakness, dark urine) and liver enzyme elevation; caution in liver disease. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to statin component.

Anticoagulants/NSAIDs/SSRIs (bleeding), omeprazole/esomeprazole (may reduce clopidogrel effect), strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., clarithromycin, azoles, HIV protease inhibitors) increase atorvastatin levels, grapefruit juice, fibrates (myopathy risk)
