Pulmonext Kit is used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

Pulmonext Kit is a combination of two medicines: Ambrisentan and Tadalafil which treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). Ambrisentan is an endothelin receptor antagonist and tadalafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor. They work together to lower the blood pressure inside the lungs vessels by relaxing them. This improves your ability to do physical activity.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

This is a prescription-only medicine. Take it exactly as your doctor has directed, for the period directed. Do not share it with anyone else, even if their symptoms seem the same. Tell your doctor about every other medicine, supplement and herbal product you take. Report any unexpected or severe symptom to your doctor rather than stopping on your own. Do not stop or change the dose of a heart medicine on your own. Report fainting, a very slow or very fast pulse, or new breathlessness. Keep every follow-up appointment — most of these medicines need periodic blood tests or an ECG.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
