How It Works
Calcium carbonate provides elemental calcium needed for bone mineralization and normal nerve/muscle function. Vitamin D3 increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate, helping maintain adequate serum calcium and supporting bone strength.
Directions for Use
Oral tablet; take as directed by doctor, usually 1 tablet once or twice daily. Preferably take after food; swallow whole with water. Maintain a gap of 2–4 hours from iron, levothyroxine, tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics, or bisphosphonates.

Constipation, bloating, gas, stomach upset, nausea, belching
Warnings & Precautions
Do not use in hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, severe kidney disease, kidney stones (nephrolithiasis), or sarcoidosis unless advised. Use with caution in renal impairment; monitor calcium levels if on long-term/high-dose therapy. Excess intake may cause hypercalcemia (thirst, vomiting, confusion, frequent urination).
