No dose adjustment of Torsafe 5 Tablet is recommended.<br>However, inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease as the use of Torsafe 5 Tablet should be avoided in case you are unable to pass urine or the kidney damage is due to some medicines.
Torsafe 5 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Torsafe 5 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Torsafe 5 Tablet is a diuretic. It removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body by increasing the amount of urine produced. In doing so, it causes potassium loss.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Torsafe 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
