Treatment of moderate to severe acute pain such as musculoskeletal pain, back pain, dental pain, post-operative pain when prescribed by a doctor.

Tramadol is an opioid analgesic that reduces pain signaling in the brain and spinal cord and also enhances serotonin and norepinephrine pathways that modulate pain. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. The combination provides additive pain relief.

Take tablet by mouth as prescribed by a doctor. Usually taken with water, with or without food (take with food if it causes stomach upset). Do not exceed the prescribed dose; avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products concurrently.

Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation, dry mouth, headache, sweating

May cause drowsiness/dizziness—avoid driving or operating machinery. Risk of dependence and withdrawal with tramadol; use for shortest duration possible. Do not exceed total daily paracetamol dose due to risk of severe liver injury. Use with caution in liver or kidney disease, seizure disorders, head injury, respiratory disease, elderly, and in those with history of substance misuse. Seek urgent help for slow/shallow breathing, severe sleepiness, allergic reactions, or symptoms of serotonin syndrome (agitation, fever, tremor, diarrhea).

Alcohol, other CNS depressants (benzodiazepines, sedatives), other opioids, SSRIs/SNRIs/TCAs/MAOIs (serotonin syndrome risk), antipsychotics (seizure risk), carbamazepine (reduced tramadol effect), CYP2D6/CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., fluoxetine, paroxetine, erythromycin, ketoconazole) or inducers (e.g., rifampicin), warfarin (bleeding risk with paracetamol), other paracetamol-containing medicines

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
