Analgesic–antipyretic that acts centrally to reduce fever and ease pain.
Take 1 tablet orally with water, up to 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Drotin Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Drotin Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br>However, Drotin Plus Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
Drotin Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Drotin Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br>However, the use of Drotin Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
Nausea, rash; overdose may cause serious liver injury.
Avoid duplicate paracetamol products; patients with liver disease require medical advice.
Regular alcohol use increases the risk of liver injury. Tell your doctor if you are on warfarin — regular high-dose paracetamol can affect it. Adds to the dry mouth, constipation and drowsiness caused by antihistamines and some antidepressants.
Store at room temperature; keep away from children.
